Our operations are backed by a robust Fiber Optic internet connection supplied by three (3) major Internet Service Providers in the Philippines. Our speeds range from 300 Mbps to over 1 Gbps.

The team works across two floors within the building. Our developers occupy the third and fourth floors, with their own allotted space separating them from our other departments. We have three different conference rooms for meetings and client conference calls over Skype or Zoom.

Our offices have state-of-the-art biometric doors, as well as zero-downtime CCTV cameras backed by 24-hour security personnel and strict security measures, to ensure round-the-clock security, privacy and monitoring.

Our data center is located in Michigan. We have a total of 20 dedicated servers for our operations. All our servers, both in the Illinois and in the Philippines, are HIPAA compliant.

Our operations are backed by a professional tech support team. Our system administrators work whole-shift, from 6am to 6pm, to constantly monitor and maintain our servers and networks. This ensures continuous productivity and connectivity to finish tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results for your projects.
